Pelagian Billing is a restaurant billing software built by Pelagian Softwares (in business since 1992) for restaurants, sweet shops, bars, bakeries, and fast food outlets. It supports GST-ready billing, multi-outlet operations, multiple kitchen printers, menu and recipe management, and inventory control. A companion Android KOT app lets servers capture orders at the table and print directly to the kitchen, with day-wise stock, item-wise sales, and daily sales reports for owners.
